- Apply responsible AI with explainability and auditing
- Build production inference services
- Design scalable AI/ML solutions
- Develop monitoring and drift detection
- Ensure security and compliance for PHI PII
- Establish data governance for ML features and datasets
- Implement MLOps with CI CD
- Integrate ML signals into dashboards and alerting
- Lead technical design reviews and cross functional alignment
- Mentor ML and software engineers
- Own end-to-end machine learning lifecycle
