Tasks
- Build AI operations capability across organization with playbooks training and mentorship
- Define and implement AI operations standards frameworks and governance
- Develop AI operations metrics scorecards dashboards and reporting
- Embed responsible AI principles governance and cost optimization into operations
- Establish production reliability support and incident problem and change management
- Implement observability monitoring and alerting for AI performance cost and risk
- Lead operational review forums and action tracking
- Own enterprise AI operations practice end to end
- Partner with product engineering and delivery to ensure production readiness
