Tasks
- Coach engineers on AI native engineering practices
- Contribute to AI native SDLC practices and developer productivity
- Create runbooks and operational handover
- Decompose designs into sequenced testable increments
- Deliver production software components
- Drive automated testing and regression testing
- Ensure explainable traceable secure and compliant outputs
- Ensure observability and production verification
- Escalate architectural ambiguity and cross domain risks
- Guide engineers and AI coding agents through validation and release
- Identify delivery issues and improve controls
- Lead software implementation
- Review code for correctness maintainability and security
- Support CI CD processes and deployment readiness
- Translate specifications and designs into implementation plans
