Lead Big Data Engineer
Tasks
- Align team with product and technical objectives
- Contribute to technical talks and quarterly updates
- Coordinate with Data DevOps Architecture and Infrastructure teams
- Create processes and documentation for team coordination
- Delegate support to peer leaders
- Lead under pressure and tight deadlines
- Manage client facing meetings and expectations
- Manage risk mitigations with Head of Platform
- Mentor team and assess training needs
- Participate in technical interviews
- Provide deliverable clarity to stakeholders
- Run structured 121s for team development
- Support incident management and escalation
