Lead Business Data Scientist
Tasks
- Build forecasts segmentations attribution and uplift models
- Choose appropriate approach heuristic classical ML or LLM based
- Conduct code reviews deliver tech talks write knowledge base and mentor peers
- Design and analyze A B tests and apply causal inference
- Drive recommendations through product or process changes
- Engage stakeholders to understand business problems
- Explain probability uncertainty and trade offs to non technical audiences
- Maintain reliable production pipelines with Python testing monitoring and version control
- Own data discovery analysis validation deployment and impact measurement
- Ship MVP and iterate based on impact
- Translate business questions into analytical statistical and ML problems
- Validate offline and online and evaluate complexity costs
