Tasks
- Align governance activities with strategic priorities
- Champion data accountability and continuous improvement
- Continuously improve governance structures and role assignments
- Design data governance policies standards and processes
- Drive use of governance tools and operational practices
- Engage stakeholders and manage governance adoption
- Establish and oversee Data Governance Centre of Excellence
- Lead governance implementation across data domains
- Maintain data quality metadata classification retention privacy and stewardship practices
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders on data initiatives
- Resolve governance issues and monitor compliance
