Lead Data Science Researcher
Tasks
- Architect prototype and evaluate singleagent and multiagent systems
- Communicate research findings and risks to cross functional stakeholders
- Define offline and online evaluation strategies with KPIs and A B testing
- Develop prompt and program design for LLM applications
- Establish AI agent best practices for safety controllability and scalability
- Implement guardrails fallback strategies and observability for AI agents
- Lead end to end research initiatives across NLP Vision and multimodal domains
- Mentor researchers and data scientists
- Partner with productization teams to deploy reliable AI systems
- Translate research into production quality components
