Lead Data Scientist, Revenue - Ads, Revenue
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineering on deployment
- Define evaluation frameworks for optimization
- Design and iterate ranking and targeting algorithms
- Design optimization objectives and constraints
- Develop Ads prediction and scoring models
- Explain model behavior to non-technical stakeholders
- Identify model and delivery performance issues
- Implement models and optimization logic in production
- Lead experimentation for performance improvement
- Own Ads optimization logic
- Partner with analytics and data engineering on datasets
- Perform Ads performance diagnostics
