Lead Full Stack Engineer

Tasks
- Architect and optimize data platforms
- Automate workflows for resilience
- Build ETL and ELT workflows
- Build batch and real-time pipelines
- Contribute to data roadmap and platform modernization
- Define application requirements
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines
- Design data models
- Enforce coding testing and CI CD best practices
- Ensure HIPAA and GDPR compliance
- Implement cloud solutions on Azure
- Implement data governance frameworks
- Implement data validation and lineage
- Lead and mentor data engineers
- Lead engineering teams
- Maintain metadata catalog tools
- Manage CI/CD and infrastructure as code
- Monitor pipelines and define SLAs and SLOs
- Participate in technical discussions
- Partner with business and analytics teams
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents
- Prioritize work for project timelines
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
- Write code and review code
