Lead Machine Learning Engineer (Team Lead)
Tasks
- Architect ML solutions with technical leads
- Build client relationships and understand business objectives
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct performance reviews and set objectives
- Contribute to internal ML practice initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, and milestones
- Design scalable ML solutions for clients
- Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Estimate delivery effort for statements of work
- Foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Mentor and guide team members
- Oversee ML projects from concept to deployment
- Present findings and actionable recommendations
- Provide technical leadership to ML team
- Recruit hire and onboard ML engineers
- Stay current with machine learning and AI developments
- Track project progress identify risks and mitigate
