- Align planning with production schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Communicate material status to stakeholders
- Conduct clear to build reviews
- Ensure on time delivery of purchased items
- Ensure procurement and material planning compliance
- Escalate cost or quality concerns
- Escalate delays to strategic sourcing and quality teams
- Generate line of balance reports
- Lead planners and coordinators
- Maintain BOM parts and master data in ERP
- Manage MRP system planning
- Manage obsolete and end of life products
- Monitor material shortages
- Oversee demand supply and fulfillment planning
- Provide material position visibility
- Update demand for engineering change orders
- Update demand for new product introductions
