Lead Software Engineer - Performance
Tasks
- Build performance testing framework with CI CD integration
- Collaborate with developers architects and infrastructure for performance improvements
- Create performance dashboards and visualizations
- Create performance test scenarios with production like workloads
- Define and execute performance test plans
- Document performance findings and create technical reports
- Establish and track performance SLAs
- Identify bottlenecks latency and resource contention
- Own performance strategy for distributed systems per release
- Provide tuning and scaling recommendations
- Recommend performance optimization and cost optimization
- Simulate and benchmark real time and batch data flow at scale
