Lead Systems Operations Engineer - CI/CD and GenAI

Tasks
- Create and maintain operational runbooks for incident categories
- Establish metrics for capacity performance error rate and stability
- Identify and plan automation for manual support activities
- Maintain SLAs uptime incident response and triage workflows
- Operate on call schedule and ensure coverage
- Own platform infrastructure support operations for AI code assistant tools
- Participate in problem management for root cause and preventive actions
- Partner with vendor teams for incident escalation and troubleshooting
- Plan and execute BCP exercises for genai tools
- Respond to and resolve incidents to maintain system availability
- Review enhance monitoring logging dashboards and health checks
- Support CI CD tools infrastructure including artifactory github actions harness
