- Enable virtual labs and in silico experimentation
- Ensure data accessibility integrity and regulatory compliance
- Establish global standards for digital tools and processes
- Establish governance for digital initiatives with milestones
- Identify repetitive manual R and D activities for automation
- Implement automation solutions for data capture and workflow automation
- Lead end to end R and D digital transformation
- Map R and D processes and identify automation opportunities
- Partner with R and D IT quality regulatory and technology partners
- Prioritize digital initiatives by scientific impact and ROI
- Promote reuse of scientific data across projects
- Track and communicate success metrics and business value
