• Maintain training course database
• Manage employee training integration
• Manage training facilitators and trainers network
• Monitor application of training in workplace
• Monitor training activities on and off site
• Observe and evaluate training activities
• Prepare monthly training schedule
• Research and recommend training strategies tools and coursework
• Set up training system and reporting
• Source specialist assistance for training
• Train and lead frontline staff
