Tasks
- Develop automation scripts
- Drive continuous PLM platform improvement
- Implement HA and DR strategies
- Install configure and operate PLM environments
- Lead PLM upgrades patches and migrations
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Manage PLM application servers web servers and database connectivity
- Manage method servers and file vaults
- Manage user provisioning and security configurations
- Mentor engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing
- Monitor PLM health and integrated observability
- Operate PLM integration brokers and middleware connectors
- Optimize PLM performance query tuning caching indexing and JVM tuning
- Provide post go live hypercare incident support
- Support audit and monitoring of user activity
- Triage incidents and drive root cause fixes
