LLM Platform Engineer (Windchill / Teamcenter)
Tasks
- Develop automation scripts with shell Python and Ansible
- Implement HA and DR for PLM environments
- Install and configure PLM environments
- Lead PLM upgrades and migrations
- Maintain technical documentation runbooks and run procedures
- Manage application servers and web servers
- Manage database connectivity and method servers
- Manage user provisioning and security configurations
- Mentor engineers through code review and design review
- Monitor PLM health with observability tools
- Operate PLM integration brokers and middleware connectors
- Operate file vaults and CAD data management
- Provide incident triage post go live support
- Tune PLM performance query caching indexing and JVM
