LLM Team Lead
Tasks
- Architect and deliver production LLM based applications
- Define quality metrics regression tests and golden datasets
- Design LLM workflows using RAG and tool calling
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality and engineering practices
- Ensure scalability performance reliability security and maintainability
- Establish evaluation driven development for LLM features
- Implement structured outputs and agent workflows
- Lead cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists
- Manage priorities scope risks and trade offs
- Own end to end delivery from experimentation to deployment
- Partner with product design DevOps data engineering and security leaders
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and career development
- Set observability standards and production feedback loops
- Translate product goals into technical roadmaps
