Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator
Tasks
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Allocate orders in ERP using FIFO procedures
- Communicate pickup and delivery schedules
- Coordinate shipping and receiving operations
- Coordinate with warehouse on receiving schedules
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs
- Maintain inventory management system locations
- Maintain quality and food safety standards
- Manage inventory flow using FIFO costing
- Optimize inventory turns and material utilization
- Prepare bills of lading
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents
- Track and resolve shipping errors
- Verify inbound and outbound paperwork accuracy
