- Evaluate DRAM parts using test program
- Gather on site validation issues and translate into actionable requirements
- Identify design marginalities and propose circuit modifications and fuse improvements
- Improve testing coverage with design verification and simulation engineers
- Improve validation testing coverage and quality
- Perform systematic analysis to identify failure causes
- Plan deployment and reusability of improved workflows
- Support product characterization and electrical failure analysis using engineering equipment
- Verify new product validation test patterns using Verilog simulations
