Machine Learning Engineer II
Tasks
- Analyze failure patterns and improve models prompts retrieval strategies and agent behavior
- Apply engineering principles for distributed systems concurrency performance testing debugging and code reviews
- Apply guardrails grounding monitoring and data quality controls to reduce incorrect outputs
- Build data pipelines using llms transformers and rag
- Build feature and evaluation pipelines for structured semi structured and unstructured data
- Build ml systems for classification enrichment information extraction ranking and data quality
- Build production ai systems and own features from design and evaluation to deployment monitoring and support
- Define quality metrics and acceptance criteria for accuracy relevance grounding latency reliability and cost
- Design develop and productionize machine learning and generative ai solutions
- Develop rag llm applications using semantic retrieval tool calling and agent workflows
- Develop reusable ai services apis and orchestration components
- Experiment with models prompts embeddings retrieval techniques and evaluate using quality metrics
- Maintain evaluation datasets automated evaluation frameworks and feedback loops
- Maintain versioning for models prompts configurations and evaluations
- Monitor and improve quality reliability latency scalability and cost
- Operate cloud native ai services using docker kubernetes ci cd and observability
