Manager, AI Engineering - AI & Business Tech Engineering
Tasks
- Build internal AI platform components
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams
- Design architecture and prototypes for agents and copilots
- Develop orchestration and tool use for agentic systems
- Drive evaluation first development and prompt versioning
- Establish runtime governance and incident response
- Implement AI governance and safety practices
- Implement evaluation and monitoring for LLM outputs
- Lead and mentor distributed AI engineering team
- Manage OKRs and report metrics
- Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities
- Recruit and grow AI engineering talent
- Set technical bar for AI agents and platform
