- Build AI evals telemetry and test loops
- Build natural language data experiences
- Define AI and data technical direction
- Define AI quality metrics and measure results
- Design AI data systems
- Design multi tenant data access patterns
- Drive end to end delivery from spec to GA
- Establish eval driven development workflow

- Lead a small team of engineers
- Partner with Product on scope and tradeoffs
