- Analyze operational financial customer data

- Deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Design scalable Tableau dashboards
- Develop standardized KPIs and reusable analytics assets
- Establish data quality and usability for analytics
- Form hypotheses and select analytical approach
- Identify sales margin and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Leverage Databricks for analytics
- Mentor Tableau developers
- Optimize dashboard performance
- Partner with Tableau COE on BI governance
- Prepare and present analysis with KPIs
- Serve as Tableau subject matter expert
- Support data strategy and governance with IT and data engineering
- Troubleshoot dashboard issues
- Write and optimize SQL queries
