Tasks
- Configure access governance and user management
- Coordinate with vendors and resolve technical issues
- Ensure consent and PII handling practices
- Establish governance and compliance frameworks
- Forecast technical capacity skills and tooling needs
- Lead and mentor MarTech developers and technical analysts
- Lead technical delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
- Maintain documentation runbooks and integration specs
- Manage incident response and root cause analysis
- Manage platform environments releases and updates
- Monitor platform health and performance
- Optimize data flows identity stitching tagging and activation
- Oversee end-to-end project execution
- Translate marketing requirements into technical execution plans
