- Align community needs with product and engineering teams
- Answer questions in community forums
- Apply AI assisted workflows to scale developer relations output while maintaining technical depth
- Create blogs video content and courseware
- Create educational content sample notebooks and tutorials
- Define and track success metrics for open source devrel
- Deliver technical talks host panels and meetups
- Develop content flywheel for demos talks and derivative assets
- Drive external adoption and contribution to open source projects
- Engage Apache Software Foundation and Linux Foundation communities
- Establish contribution guides event playbooks and advocacy approaches
- Hire level and grow developer advocates
- Own open source developer relations strategy end to end
- Represent community inside engineering and turn friction into roadmap changes
- Support online communities mailing lists and issue trackers
