Manager Enrollment Operations
Tasks
- Achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Coach and counsel team members
- Collaborate with partner support group on SOP compliance
- Conduct in person enrollment center visits
- Conduct performance evaluations and feedback
- Drive retail sales targets and quarterly goals
- Ensure compliant and quality enrollment services
- Evaluate employee performance objectives and KPIs
- Identify and execute enrollment center improvements
- Maintain awareness of company policies and represent company interests
- Manage enrollment agents
- Monitor enrollment center performance
