Manager, Enrollment Operations (must have MCO/CMS experience)
Tasks
- Allocate resources for daily operations and projects
- Complete performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
- Develop recommendations for process improvement
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Gather analyze and report department performance data
- Hire train coach and develop direct reports
- Lead enrollment audit responses and corrective action plans
- Lead enrollment operations end to end
- Manage 834 file and DTRR file processes
- Manage change and risk controls
- Manage enrollment technology and process analysts
- Manage staff to meet service completion standards
- Manage team quality and operational efficiency
- Mentor team leads and team members
- Monitor eligibility data and member setup accuracy
- Oversee member enrollment reconciliation
- Oversee vendor eligibility extract processing
- Support new products and technologies
