Tasks
- Balance department workload
- Conduct interviewing hiring and staff development
- Coordinate with sales and operations for order execution
- Create and update work instructions
- Ensure safety policy compliance
- Evaluate fulfillment services staff using metrics
- Implement and train quality system procedures
- Manage customer orders from quotation to production handoff
- Manage employee performance and disciplinary actions
- Manage fulfillment services department operations
- Oversee NCRs and CAPAs process
- Oversee project engineering staff during quote and order stage
- Project department headcount requirements
- Resolve site and pod fulfillment issues
- Review and verify vendor products and services
- Review contracts and negotiate changes
- Train staff on customer interface and quoting procedures
