Tasks
- Coordinate cross functional partners to resolve production issues
- Define and improve rules for recurring issues
- Define service commitment for turnaround and coverage
- Determine root cause for inconclusive reports
- Lead complex investigations across system boundaries
- Lead hire and development of data and bioinformatics scientists
- Own pipeline and algorithm change validation
- Own production support for bioinformatics and data science algorithms
- Set AI use standards for investigation and record reproducibility
