Manager, Platform Engineering
Tasks
- Define AI platform roadmap
- Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption with Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Establish AI standards and reference architectures
- Establish model lifecycle management feature management and monitoring
- Implement AI governance and responsible AI practices
- Implement security observability RBAC auditability and compliance
- Lead design and operation of enterprise AI platforms on Azure
- Lead mentor and develop ML Platform Engineers and MLOps Engineers
- Oversee model training evaluation deployment monitoring and inference
- Own platform operations incident management and post incident improvement
- Partner with Data Science Product Engineering Cyber Security and Enterprise Architecture teams
