Manager – Provider Analytics & Business Intelligence
Tasks
- Analyze credentialing enrollment pipeline and approval rates
- Analyze patient access scheduling and referral conversion
- Build QA system for report accuracy
- Compute reputation sentiment and review metrics
- Define data definitions and documentation standards
- Lead provider operations analytics
- Manage BI analysts and analytics engineer
- Manage team goals performance reviews and development
- Measure marketing performance and ROAS
- Optimize Power BI data models and report performance
- Oversee SQL transformation models
- Own dashboard reporting for provider stakeholders
- Perform RCM AR aging denial and collections analysis
- Support pre sales RCM prospect analysis
- Track lead funnel attribution and conversion
- Translate analytics findings for non technical stakeholders
