- Allocate floor space to workcenters

- Apply data driven and AI methods for optimization
- Build and maintain discrete event simulation models
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes
- Create flexible workcenter layouts
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation
- Evaluate and implement manufacturing technologies
- Identify bottlenecks using simulation
- Lead factory layout design and optimization
- Lead workcenter programming and sizing
- Optimize layout throughput and material flow
- Participate in process FMEAs and risk assessments
- Report factory standup status and layout milestones
- Support construction cost estimates and business case justifications
- Support transition to high-volume production
- Translate engineering requirements into manufacturing processes
