Market Access Analytics Manager
Tasks
- Build and maintain data warehouse libraries
- Communicate findings to leadership
- Conduct data review and cleaning plans
- Contribute to audits
- Create training materials and provide technical support
- Define database requirements and validation specifications
- Design studies to address evidence gaps
- Develop dashboards and reports for market access teams
- Develop economic evaluation and claims database analyses
- Develop real world evidence reports and dashboards
- Develop user requirement specifications for analytics tools
- Document data sources and data mapping
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and regulations
- Execute statistical analysis and interpret results
- Manage market access research activities
- Mentor analytics staff and support process improvements
- Perform data validation and participate in user acceptance testing
- Support report and tool upgrades and integrations
