Tasks
- Assess marketing technology stack and design data improvement roadmap
- Automate reporting with AI
- Build and maintain customer acquisition cost models
- Build and maintain marketing campaign dashboards
- Define and document sources of truth for marketing KPIs
- Define gold silver bronze marketing layer definitions
- Define holdout groups and translate results to media planning recommendations
- Define requirements for new marketing data integrations and deliver
- Design and govern marketing data models in Databricks
- Develop standardized marketing effectiveness metrics and reporting
- Draft performance narratives and surface trends or anomalies
- Ensure martech data flows are trusted and well governed
- Identify and close gaps in marketing data coverage
- Lead marketing attribution framework design and build
- Model and document martech data flows
- Own incrementality testing experiments
- Own marketing reporting layer in Power BI
- Perform audience segmentation and channel mix analysis
- Represent data and insight team in marketing planning forums and prioritise roadmap
- Serve as analytics partner translating questions into analytical briefs
- Support budget allocation modelling
