MAS BTS Implementation Open Enrollment Senior Implementation Specialist

Tasks
- Act as subject matter expert for benefits and decision support modules
- Advise on benefits best practices and system options
- Coordinate requests with ADP Connections Service Team and ADP Payroll Team
- Create and maintain project plans
- Document and close OE related requests within timeline
- Guide clients through annual open enrollment
- Identify ACA setup issues and direct clients to resources
- Own client relationship and guide enrollment changes
- Provide guidance on ADP Workforce Now benefits setup and maintenance
- Resolve open items and manage client responsibilities
- Serve as open enrollment project manager
- Support clients with existing ADP WFN benefits modules
- Track milestones and dependencies
