Material Fulfillment Planner
Tasks
- Allocate new material to manufacturing work orders
- Collaborate with planning and fulfillment teams
- Conduct data driven analysis for allocation and inventory decisions
- Coordinate execution across sourcing logistics receiving warehousing and shipping
- Diagnose ERP system issues and provide training
- Drive demand management to protect order and WIP integrity
- Evaluate obsolescence and part supersession scenarios
- Identify delivery risks and lead cross functional resolution
- Lead material availability process improvement initiatives
- Maintain part tracking in executive dashboards
- Manage demand accuracy and part readiness
- Manage part availability and issue escalation
- Resolve conflicting project demands
- Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle order and inventory management
