- Add and drop classes
- Attend base events and debriefs
- Build rapport and support enrollment decisions
- Conduct orientations
- Create program estimates from transcripts
- Create student start plans
- Develop and update student schedules
- Develop degree plans
- Document interactions in Salesforce
- Enroll students in programs
- Ensure compliance with DoD and military MOUs
- Guide students on required documents
- Manage inquiry to enrollment admissions process
- Manage prospective student inquiries
- Meet enrollment and class start deadlines
- Participate in on base trainings and drills
- Pass federal background check and maintain DBIDs access
- Present orientations in person and by phone
- Provide outbound and inbound communications
- Provide program and policy information
- Relate information with education service officer
