- Enter counselor activity data through web application
- Maintain client and service member confidentiality
- Manage duty to warn and restricted reporting
- Manage relationships with commanders and installation point of contact
- Participate in in services and quality improvement committees
- Participate in individual and group supervision
- Participate in pilot programs and studies
- Perform consultation to brigade and regimental command
- Provide non medical short term walk around counseling
- Provide referrals and linkage to resources
- Respond to critical incidents surge and special requests
