- Assist with interviews onboarding and training
- Coordinate workflows and manage team performance
- Develop update and review procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank policies and procedures
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Oversee daily booking of mortgage and consumer loans
- Oversee paid loan processing for collateral release
- Perform quality control checks
- Provide technical escalation support
- Pull MERS reports
- Resolve discrepancies
- Support testing for system updates conversions and new product implementation
- Train associates on procedures and compliance
- Upload data to core from data warehouse
