Director of AI Engineering
Tasks
- Collaborate with product data and GTM teams to prioritize AI initiatives
- Communicate risks progress and value to executive leadership
- Define end to end architecture for AI and GenAI applications
- Design LLM service integration and external system interfaces
- Develop and deliver LLM powered products with RAG pipelines agents and personalization
- Implement model lifecycle and MLOps practices for production deployments
- Lead AI engineering organization
- Own cost quality and performance trade offs across AI services
- Scale CI CD observability on call and release management
- Set engineering standards for evaluation responsible AI and reliability
- Translate business priorities into multi quarter technical roadmaps
