Tasks
- Build NLP models for intent classification
- Build and maintain customer insight pipeline
- Build intent taxonomy and query knowledge base
- Fine tune transformer models for text classification
- Generate text embeddings for semantic similarity
- Handle messy real world text data quality issues
- Identify contact drivers and root causes over time
- Integrate customer contact data with CRM and patient records
- Operate within DPIA for patient contact data
- Process clean and normalize unstructured customer feedback
- Produce insight reports for customer service leadership
- Quantify self service deflection value
- Track patient satisfaction signals across channels
