Principal Applied Scientist – Responsible AI
Tasks
- Assess bias hallucination data leakage and failure modes
- Define metrics for drift detection and system health
- Define production readiness technical criteria
- Design model monitoring and evaluation pipelines
- Develop evaluation frameworks for model performance and reliability
- Ensure traceable audit ready outputs
- Manage AI initiative portfolio technical risks and dependencies
- Mentor applied scientists and data scientists
- Operationalize technical Responsible AI requirements
- Promote experimentation validation and reproducibility best practices
- Prototype and test new AI approaches
- Provide technical review in governance and production approval workflows
- Research and evaluate generative AI and agentic systems
- Validate AI systems prior to governance approval
