- Build high availability language model serving infrastructure
- Create AI incident response playbooks
- Design implement and improve monitoring for availability and latency
- Develop and refine service level objectives for language model systems

- Implement automated failover and recovery across regions and cloud providers
- Implement continuous evaluation for drift and degradation
