Operations Manager, Fulfillment Center
Tasks
- Develop implement career development plans for direct reports
- Inspect production performance and correct deviations
- Lead shift operations on the floor
- Maintain safety quality productivity attendance and customer experience
- Manage staffing plans schedules and performance levels
- Monitor metrics and KPIs and execute improvement action plans
- Own process and act as subject matter expert
- Resolve bottlenecks and adjust labor allocation in real time
- Set requirements and expectations for operations leaders
- Supervise area managers operations leads and hourly associates
