Tasks
- Assist project managers with schedules documentation and stakeholder coordination
- Compile and prepare report data
- Coordinate badge requests and renewals
- Coordinate flights hotel and ground transportation
- Coordinate meeting setup and catering
- Create PowerPoint and Microsoft Forms and Smartsheet Forms
- Investigate resolve field pay and P Card discrepancies
- Liaise with accounts payable payroll and human resources
- Maintain CBT Nuggets training compliance and coordinate Mpirical training
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies
- Maintain on call technician schedule and send reminders
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets and documentation
- Manage mail and packages
- Manage training and drug testing coordination
- Prioritize urgent break fix and outage travel
- Process charter transportation requests
- Process travel requests
- Procure supplies for SADC and restock
- Provide front desk coverage and greet visitors
- Provide on site vendor support and escorting
- Review code and verify vendor invoices
- Review processes and recommend workflow improvements
- Review tower light inspection reports
- Schedule conference rooms and events logistics
- Submit work orders and schedule repairs
- Track and manage weekly AIMS payouts
- Track charter expenses and report to leadership
- Verify FCC and FAA compliance
