- Communicate delivery progress slippages and outcomes
- Coordinate delivery squad prioritization and blocker removal
- Define and maintain project documentation and workflows
- Lead governance and delivery forums
- Maintain and enhance delivery dashboards and reporting
- Manage end to end product backlog
- Oversee delivery scope dependencies risks and non functional requirements
- Plan and deliver enablement and training for automation adoption
- Support program governance improvement
- Translate business requirements into epics user stories and acceptance criteria
- Triage and prioritize intake aligned to strategic objectives
