- Conduct site acceptance verification benchmarking
- Configure and validate RAN parameters
- Drive and walk tests
- Engage customers with technical solutions
- Ensure operational process compliance and on call support

- Improve network KPIs
- Lead RAN design and dimensioning
- Mentor junior engineers
- Perform root cause analysis for performance issues
- Plan and execute RF optimization
- Prepare optimization plans and performance reports
- Resolve network outages
