Tasks
- Assist internal departments with customer change management requests
- Collaborate with sales department for post sales activities
- Coordinate activities between operations procurement logistics and finance
- Enter sales orders and data in system
- Escalate problematic items for immediate attention
- Identify alternatives for problematic orders
- Manage post sales delivery requests and issues
- Monitor and follow up on backlogs for on time delivery
- Set up new customer accounts
- Validate customer purchasing order information
