Tasks
- Communicate replenishment needs
- Coordinate order picking to meet productivity targets
- Determine return handling via DDR or membership desk
- Follow SOP for BOPIC
- Follow SOP for Curbside
- Follow SOP for Ship from Club
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products
- Handle inventory and equipment issues
- Maintain SFC area cleanliness
- Maintain club policies and procedures
- Meet OMNI productivity expectations for service level agreements
- Move merchandise to staging area
- Package orders according to standard operating procedures
- Pick merchandise from pick list
- Process member purchases
- Process returns to club
- Remove trash and cardboard from work area
- Report expired or short dated items
- Verify merchandise counts with handheld scanner
